Regional Service Supervisor - Rotating Equipment

Location: Brampton, ON
Region: Eastern Canada

Natpro is seeking a Regional Service Supervisor to lead our service shop and field service operations across Eastern Canada. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise service technicians and field service personnel.
  • Coordinate repairs, overhauls, assemblies, and field service activities.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all work.
  • Support customer service, operational excellence, and business growth.
