Qualifications

• Five years of experience in construction safety management.
• One year of experience in Electric Transmission & Distribution or high voltage construction safety.
• Willingness to obtain Construction Health & Safety Technician Certification.
• Current OSHA 30 training and First Aid, CPR, AED certifications.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to influence safe behaviors.
• Comfortable working outdoors and open to travel or relocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote safe work practices on construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project-specific safety plans.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments on site.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards set by company and regulators.
• Support investigations into incidents and identify root causes.
• Analyze safety performance data and recommend improvements.
