Qualifications

• Proven site management experience for large-scale machines and systems.
• Knowledge of panel processing, furniture, or cabinet production is a significant plus.
• Strong leadership skills capable of managing multiple field crews and subcontractors simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to represent the company at job sites effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quick adaptability to proprietary systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management and coordination of installation teams nationwide.
• Lead field crews and subcontractors from mobilization to startup and commissioning.
• Act as the primary contact on-site, coordinating with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure fulfillment of installation terms as per contract, delivered on time and within scope.
• Monitor installation quality, document defects, and proactively address issues.
• Manage site budgets and supplier costs, adjusting for scope changes as necessary.
• Facilitate on-site meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols on every site.
