You will report directly to our Building Automation (BA) Regional General Manager, and you'll work out of one of our Canadian locations on a remote basis.

In this role, you will be a key driver of Honeywell's growth and leadership in smart building technologies. By building a high-performing partner ecosystem and delivering cutting-edge automation solutions, you will directly shape our market presence and customer success across the region.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for
  • Lead Growth Through Partnerships - Design and execute high-impact channel sales strategies that accelerate revenue and expand Honeywell's BMS footprint.
  • Build Powerful Partner Networks - Develop strong, trusted relationships with channel partners, equipping them with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.
  • Own Pipeline & Deliver Predictable Results - Actively manage the sales pipeline within Salesforce.com, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and discipline. Produce consistent, accurate forecasts and drive accountability to reliably deliver business objectives.
  • Unlock New Opportunities - Identify and pursue new markets and applications, working closely with partners to deliver tailored, value-driven building solutions.
  • Drive Complex Deals to Success - Lead negotiations, manage sales cycles, and ensure win-win outcomes for customers, partners, and Honeywell.
  • Elevate Performance - Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to continuously refine strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Inspire and Lead Talent - Coach and mentor a team of senior sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Post-secondary education preferably in electrical engineering, Building Automation Systems or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in channel sales or account management within building automation or related technologies
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Building Management Systems, system integration, or automation technologies
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership or managerial roles
  • Valid Canadian Drivers' License (depending on the province)
  • Capacity to travel across Canada up to 50% of the time.

  • Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset

The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000- $187,000 in Markham, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Stimuler la croissance grâce aux partenariats
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente indirecte (channel sales) à fort impact afin d'accélérer la croissance des revenus et d'accroître la présence de Honeywell dans le marché des systèmes de gestion des bâtiments.
Développer un réseau de partenaires solide
  • Établir des relations de confiance durables avec les partenaires de distribution et leur fournir les outils, la formation et le soutien nécessaires à leur succès.
Gérer le pipeline de ventes et assurer des résultats prévisibles
  • Gérer activement les opportunités de vente dans Salesforce.com en veillant à l'exactitude des données, à leur visibilité et à la rigueur du processus.
  • Produire des prévisions fiables et cohérentes et instaurer une culture de responsabilisation afin d'atteindre les objectifs d'affaires.
Identifier de nouvelles opportunités

  • Plus de 7 ans d'expérience en systèmes de gestion des bâtiments (BMS), en intégration de systèmes ou en technologies d'automatisation.
