Full Job Description
Summary: The National Sales Manager for the TURBAIR product line leads strategic sales and business development efforts across new equipment, aftermarket services, and product support for TURBAIR Vacuum Systems within a designated territory or set of accounts. This role focuses on promoting high-performance single-stage and multistage blowers used in vacuum systems for pulp and paper and other industrial applications. In addition to driving TURBAIR system sales, the National Sales Manager plays a key role in expanding the company's footprint by introducing its broader portfolio of turbo machinery solutions-including steam turbine generator packages-particularly in facilities where integrated energy solutions are essential.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strategic customer relationships by proactively engaging with assigned and prospective accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and generating qualified leads
  • Drive early-stage client engagement through consultative selling and solution positioning prior to RFQ development, strengthening long-term business opportunities
  • Lead commercial negotiations and oversee contract finalization to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with customers
  • Focus on targeted applications in pulp and paper, power generation, and other industrial sectors to expand market presence
  • Share project, product, and market insights with teams in Swiss headquarters and Houston to align global strategies
  • Continuously monitor market trends and evaluate competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions
  • Report on competitive activity and maintain consistent communication with customers to stay ahead of market dynamics
  • Support marketing initiatives by contributing to the creation of promotional materials and content
  • Deliver product and service training to ensure customers fully understand offerings and capabilities
