Full Job Description
What You Will Do

We are looking for a National Sales Executive who will build and manage Pippin's outbound B2B sales team. At first, you will drive every step of the sales process, from lead generation to closing, and then hire a team that can replicate your success profitably and sustainably. You will work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to 1) identify, qualify, and close leads and 2) ensure the long-term success of our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire a team of regional sales development representatives and account executives
  • Provide coaching and leadership to your sales team
  • Track and monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators
  • Identify high-value prospects and build relationships with decision makers
  • Close mid-market and enterprise-level accounts
What You Bring
  • Experience building and managing a team of sales/business development representatives and account executives
  • Proven success developing an outbound sales program
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in sales
  • A strategic, proactive, and creative thinker
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Apollo.io)
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Google Suite of applications
  • Knowledge of real estate and title industries strongly preferred
