Full Job Description
Help Us Bring the Fresh Cut Feeling to Life!

We're looking for a National Marketing Manager to help bring the Tommy Gun's brand to life across Canada.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can move between the big picture and the details - from shaping national campaigns and partnerships to making sure the work gets done on time and on brand. You'll lead our marketing team and work closely with marketing leadership, Shop Managers and franchisees to bring our plans to life across the country.

What You'll Be Up To
  • Set and drive national brand and campaign strategy, working with marketing leadership to define positioning, priorities and the calendar of national activations.
  • Own marketing operations, including resourcing, timelines, budgets and quality control across campaigns and channels.
  • Manage national partnerships across the country.
  • Lead and develop a team of direct reports, setting clear priorities and holding the team accountable to deadlines and brand standards while upholding our culture.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear, executable campaign plans and briefs the team can build from.
  • Partner with senior Shop Managers and franchisees to make sure national campaigns land well at the local level and the Guest experience stays consistent.
  • Report on campaign performance and marketing operations to leadership, flagging risks and opportunities early.
  • Be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, making sure nothing that gets planned gets lost on the way to our Guests.

Requirements

Are you someone who can see the big picture but isn't afraid to get into the details when something needs to get done? We're looking for someone with:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
  • Experience with both brand and campaign strategy and day-to-day marketing operations, ideally in a multi-location, franchise or retail environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to own timelines, budgets and competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
  • A track record of turning strategy into campaigns and projects that get done on brand and on time.
  • A clear, direct communication style and comfort managing up, down and across, including marketing leadership, direct reports and field partners like senior Shop Managers and franchisees.
  • A genuine interest in the Guest experience and what makes a brand feel premium at every touchpoint.

Benefits
Why Join Tommy Gun's?

What We Offer:
  • Health benefits
  • RRSP
  • Product discounts
  • Free haircuts
  • A supportive, collaborative team environment
