A Day in the Life

As the National Education Manager for Lancôme Canada, based in Montreal, you will lead our learning strategy and inspire our education team to elevate retail excellence.
  • Strategy & Partnership: Co-create the annual training roadmap in synergy with marketing and sales.
  • Content & Transmission: Adapt and design engaging physical and digital modules celebrating Lancôme's skincare science.
  • Field & Performance: Develop field teams' skills and track training impact on customer experience.
