Full Job Description
The Regional Client Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing client relationships, daily operations, and team performance across one or more client sites. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients while ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, employee engagement, and overall client satisfaction. The Regional Client Relations Manager will lead a team of up to 100 employees, providing guidance, support, and accountability to ensure teams meet established service standards, performance goals, and client expectations. This individual will build strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that support long-term client retention and business growth. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operations across one or more client locations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and key stakeholders. • Serve as a trusted partner to clients by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. • Lead, coach, and develop teams of up to 100 employees. • Monitor team performance, service levels, productivity, and operational metrics. • Address client concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally. • Establish performance expectations and hold team members accountable for results. • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, employee development, and performance management. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and client satisfaction. • Support client retention and business development initiatives. • Provide recommendations and thought leadership related to industry trends, best practices, and operational strategy. • Monitor revenue, profitability, labor costs, and other financial performance metrics. • Ensure operations are aligned with company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and client expectations. • Prepare and participate in client meetings, business reviews, presentations, and performance discussions. • Partner with internal leadership to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs. • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Promote and demonstrate the company's core values in all interactions. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in client relations, operations, account management, or a related field. • Previous experience leading and developing large teams. • Experience working directly with clients and managing professional business relationships. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Experience working with operational and financial performance metrics. • Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make sound business decisions. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard business applications. • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on relevant experience. • Ability to travel between client locations as needed.
