Full Job Description
Summary:

In this role, you will provide operational, analytical, and coordination support for the National Centers within Spend Management Services. The manager executes key business processes by maintaining data and reporting, coordinating project and meeting activities, supporting pricing and proposal documentation, and developing clear presentations and business documentation. Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate operational processes while working effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and analytical support for business processes, projects, and initiatives.


  • Maintain accurate opportunity, project, and activity records within internal systems and tracking tools.


  • Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and support validation and reconciliation of operational or financial data.


  • Develop meeting materials, presentations, supporting documents, and other content for internal and client-facing activities.


  • Coordinate planning activities for team-wide and department-wide initiatives.


  • Support the development of pricing, proposals, and statements of work by gathering information, updating templates, and coordinating internal reviews.


  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure business materials, templates, methodologies, and resources remain current and accessible.


  • Manage activity and opportunity information in Teams-based trackers and similar platforms and perform routine audits to support data accuracy.


  • Coordinate internal communication by sharing updates, process changes, findings, and relevant information across teams.


  • Identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements that support greater efficiency and consistency.


Qualifications:

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
