Division Information

PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry.

Requisition Summary

Join a collaborative, results-driven team where you'll play a key role in managing a portfolio of large fleet customer accounts and driving positive business outcomes. In this role, you will partner closely with National Account Managers, Fleet Credit, and Collections to resolve complex account issues, collect past-due balances, and support repossession processes when necessary. You'll leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct payment research, maintain account accuracy, process contract modifications and payoffs, and identify solutions that enhance the customer experience while supporting key business metrics. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement initiatives, and special projects that contribute to the success of both our customers and the organization.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Identify and address fleet customer issues that impact key business metrics and drive to conclusion across departments.
  • Works closely with National Account Managers & NAM Assistants, Fleet Credit Managers, and Director of Collections to manage large fleet customers portfolio of accounts.
  • Collect past due accounts for large fleet customers with significant impact to the business. Assist the Corporate Portfolio department in the repossession process if necessary.
  • Perform account maintenance and research driving resolution on applied funds, refunds and all payment issues.
  • Assists Fleet Credit with contract modifications on key assigned customers as necessary and drive to completion.
  • Assists with payoff quotes and application of payoff funds for fleet customers.
  • Special projects as assigned.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Three + years of experience required. Preferably in the finance / commercial lending industry
  • Ability to drive problems to resolution independently and through collaboration across departments
  • Understanding complex financial transactions and impacts to PFC portfolio
  • Familiarity with various business systems
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office tools. Strong understanding of PFC finance products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision making, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor when dealing with challenging customers.
  • Must possess ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills.


Education
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Additional Job Board Information
We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary band for this role is $80,800 - $120,800 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above
