Full Job Description
As a National Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our key customer relationships and sales growth. You will build strong partnerships, develop strategic opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Your future work environment

  • Preferably within commutable distance to the Greater Toronto area due to the nature of the business and client head office locations

Your future role
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Understand clients' needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Track key metrics to make informed decisions
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to account management
  • Provide training and support to clients on new products or services

Required skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a national account manager specializing in consumer-packaged goods
  • Successful track record with retail banners such as Home Depot, Rona, Home Hardware, Canadian Tire, Loblaws, Metro and Sobeys
  • Master of category management principles
