What's The Job? The National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key conventional grocery accounts to drive profitable growth and long-term value. This role serves as a strategic liaison between Oats Overnight and our retail partners, focused on trade optimization, category expansion, and executional excellence. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth CPG environment while effectively aligning internal teams with customer priorities. Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
Act as liaison between customers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure Oats Overnight requirements are met.
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within key accounts.
Collect and analyze sales data and trends; manage and report on account performance and sales activity.
Partner with marketing to set and implement strategies for new products.

What You've Done And Who You Are
