The National Account Manager is responsible for managing a $20M+ portfolio of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services delivered through a national subcontractor network. This role serves as the primary client contact, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, vendor accountability, and consistent service delivery across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts.
- Oversee subcontracted service providers and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive operational performance, service quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage account financials, including forecasting, profitability, budgeting, and cost-control measures.
- Lead vendor performance reviews, corrective action plans, and subcontractor onboarding activities.
- Analyze KPIs, operational metrics, and customer feedback to improve account performance.
- Support contract renewals, service expansions, and organic growth opportunities.

Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience in facilities services, IFM, national account management, or multi-site operations.
- Experience managing subcontracted vendor networks and large client portfolios.
- Strong client relationship, financial management, and operational leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and service lines across geographically dispersed locations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience: Managing national IFM accounts supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, retail, healthcare, commercial real estate, or aviation environments.
