About the Role

The National Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue and supporting successful execution across national sales campaigns, with a primary focus on experiential marketing, events, and venue-based programs. This role serves as a key liaison between Cydcor, our clients, venue and retail partners, and the independent field sales network.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and campaign performance across assigned national sales programs
  • Serve as a primary liaison between Fortune 500 clients, venue and retail partners, and the independent field sales network
  • Support execution of experiential marketing programs, event activations, client launches, and venue-based sales initiatives across multiple markets
  • Analyze campaign data and create reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improved performance
  • Partner with the independent field sales network to support successful campaign execution and reinforce client expectations, product knowledge, systems, and operational best practices
  • Develop and implement sales incentives and initiatives designed to support revenue and productivity goals
  • Partner closely with clients to understand priorities, provide campaign updates, and support successful execution of key initiatives
  • Promote consistent representation of client brands across events, venues, and participating markets while supporting sales quality and customer experience standards
  • Support resolution of campaign, venue, and field-related issues through strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on campaign performance, market activity, and action plans
  • Support new program launches, events, and market activations as needed
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal partners, venue contacts, and the independent field sales network

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, field marketing, sales management, or a related role
  • 2+ years of leadership or account ownership experience
  • Experience supporting sales or marketing programs across multiple markets
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing performance data and reporting
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel
  • Ability to travel 60%+ for field visits, events, client launches, and campaign support
  • Availability to support evening and weekend events as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting experiential marketing, brand ambassador, or event-based sales programs
  • Sales experience in retail, telecommunications, wireless, consumer products, or related industries
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform
