We are seeking a National Account Implementation Manager to join the GP PRO National Account End User Team. This role leads the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-site national account programs after customer commitment, translating enterprise wins into timely, profitable, and scalable implementations across the United States. The individual serves as the central project leader connecting national account sellers, GP field sellers, end users, distribution partners, GP Marketing Services (GPMS), Customer Service, Category, Marketing, Sales Operations, and forecasting teams. Success requires strong program management, analytical capability, proactive communication, disciplined Salesforce management, and sound judgment to balance customer needs, speed to volume, resource capacity, and Georgia-Pacific economics.

This remote/home-based position reports to the Sr. Director National Accounts.

What You Will Do

  • Lead multiple large national campaigns and multi-site customer rollouts from implementation intake and planning through installation, reporting, and transition to ongoing account management.
  • Translate national account commitments into executable site-level plans covering scope, product mix, dispenser quantities, surveys, ordering, communications, installation approach, and milestone ownership.
  • Analyze large datasets of end-user locations, employee counts, opportunity potential, product needs, geography, and installation requirements to segment, prioritize, and sequence sites for economical rollout waves that maximize profitable conversion and speed to volume.
  • Coordinate national initiatives and campaigns with GP sellers across the United States by providing site assignments, program requirements, timelines, tools, training, and follow-up support.
  • Partner with distribution headquarters and local teams to align demand forecasts, stocking and refill readiness, delivery timing, order placement, implementation status, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain dispenser and product forecasts with Customer Development Leaders, Category Managers, forecasting teams, and GPMS, communicating changes in demand, timing, inventory, and implementation risk.
  • Manage site-level end-user communications, including welcome messages, surveys, instructions, scheduling updates, delivery expectations, installation readiness requirements, and escalations.
  • Coordinate installation planning and execution with GPMS, contracted installers, GP sellers, distributors, and customer site contacts, including scope confirmation, site readiness, scheduling, completion validation, and resolution of delays, material issues, order discrepancies, and corrective work.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce account hierarchies, initiatives, contacts, site-level opportunities, data loads, and reporting while managing 30 or more concurrent implementations and monitoring progress, placements, volume, category expansion, and wins.
  • Lead project calls and provide concise status updates, forecasts, decisions, risks, action items, and performance reporting to customers, distributors, GP sellers, internal partners, and National Accounts leadership.
  • Continuously improve implementation processes, tools, handoffs, and playbooks by capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices and training with National Account Managers and other partners.
  • Travel as needed for customer meetings, distributor alignment, site launches, installation reviews, and internal working sessions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, project management, program implementation, account management, supply chain, customer operations, or a related field.
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage account structures, contacts, initiatives, opportunities, and reporting.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to ~20%.

What Will Put You Ahead
  • Successful experience leading large, multi-location customer implementations, enterprise deployments, national campaigns, or complex installation programs.
  • Formal project or program management experience, including scope development, workback schedules, risk management, status reporting, issue resolution, and post-project review.
  • Experience working with strategic distributors and coordinating headquarters, local branches, field sellers, logistics, inventory, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Advanced Salesforce knowledge, including parent-child account hierarchies, initiatives, site-level opportunity creation, pipeline management, data loads, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience with forecasting, inventory planning, high-volume order management, customer service processes, and multi-destination shipping.

Koch, in 1940 after he developed an innovative crude oil refining process. Fred C. Koch died in 1967 and his majority interest in the company was split amongst his four sons. In June 1983, after a bitter legal and boardroom battle, the stakes of Frederick R. Koch and William "Bill" Koch were bought out for $1.1 billion and Charles Koch and David Koch became majority owners in the company. Charles owns 42% of the company; trusts for the benefit of Elaine Tettemer Marshall and Elaine's children, Preston Marshall and E. Pierce Marshall Jr., own 16% of the company. The heirs of David Koch, who died on August 23, 2019, own the balance, 42%, of the corporation.
