In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience• Hands-on experience with UiPath development.
• Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, and REFramework.
• Knowledge of Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Production Planning, MRP, DRP, and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience integrating UiPath with SAP, Oracle, SQL databases, APIs, and Excel-based planning solutions.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience in process mapping and automation assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Experience with o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, APO, or other Supply Planning platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled automation and Intelligent Document Processing.
• UiPath Certification (Associate/Advanced Developer).
• Experience working in global supply chain transformation programs.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
