As a National Account Executive, you will own deals end-to-end, from first conversation through signed contract, and play a key role in shaping how our platform evolves. You'll work across teams-real estate, marketing, finance, operations-and be dropped into high-stakes conversations with founders and executives at top brands.
Role LocationThis role is based in New York City with an expectation to be in the office at least three days a week.
What You'll Do- Drive new business: Own the full sales cycle - from sourcing and qualification through underwriting, pitching, negotiation, and close.
- Create opportunity: Match supply (real estate) with demand (brands) to generate compelling store proposals.
- Think like an operator: Analyze brand P&Ls and retail economics to structure smart, winning deals.
- Tell the story: Clearly articulate Leap's platform, value proposition, and long-term vision to prospective partners.
- Build the machine: Partner with Marketing and leadership to refine pitch materials, processes, and sales infrastructure.
- Represent Leap: Be a trusted, high-integrity face of the company in the market.
Experience- 3-7 years in sales, business development, or growth in a high-performance environment.
- Closing Complex Deals: Experience with multi-stakeholder contracts and $25K+ deal values.
- Strategic Communication: Strong customer-facing skills with proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel for business modeling.
- Industry Knowledge: A background or deep interest in retail and real estate economics.
- Business Acumen: Ability to analyze brand P&Ls and build business cases for expansion.
- Travel: Ability to travel (intermittent, but may be as high as 30% at times) to meet with industry partners.

Salary Range TransparencyA reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $100,000-110,000. This role is commission-eligible with on-target earnings up to 100% of salary. All corporate roles are eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level and experience.
