About This JobOriginate high quality residential mortgages across the United States.
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine preliminary home loan eligibility and recommends mortgage products that are within the customer's budget.
- Consult with customers about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals while
providing the best possible customer service. - Stay informed of available loan types and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs. Identify and construct lending solutions based on unique homeownership goals.
- Manage leads actively and meet minimum conversion (lead to fund) requirements and build a network of real estate agent partners.
