  • Coordinate scientific engagement with external collaborators, vendors, contract research organizations (CROs), academic partners, and industry consortia, by facilitating communication, documentation, and follow-up while partnering with existing operational functions responsible for contracting, confidential disclosure agreements (CDAs), and project execution
  • Develop and manage communication strategies that increase visibility of NAM capabilities, scientific resources, and organizational initiatives across Amgen, including maintaining SharePoint Site and Teams Channels
  • Partner with scientific leadership to organize and execute meetings, workshops, seminars, and other cross-functional initiatives
  • Help translate strategic scientific opportunities into executable workplans, including scope, deliverables, dependencies, resourcing, timelines, and decision points
