  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency across reporting, forecasting, and portfolio management activities.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, project readiness, funding availability, and key approvals to support effective investment execution and redeployment of available funding where appropriate.
  • Promote accountability across stakeholder groups through structured reporting, governance, and portfolio oversight.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Execution
  • Partner with stakeholders across Asset Management, Design & Construction, Facilities Management, Transactions, Finance, and USBN leadership to support portfolio planning and investment execution.
  • Coordinate activities that improve alignment, visibility, collaboration, and execution across multiple workstreams and business partners.
  • Support process improvements that enhance governance effectiveness, operational efficiency, investment readiness, and "speed-to-market".

Risk Management & Controls
  • Promote strong financial, operational, and governance controls across supported activities.
  • Assess and escalate risks impacting investments, forecasts, portfolio performance, or business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Leadership Principles & Influence:
