    • Anticipate broader client needs and take ownership, in partnership with business leaders, to position Citi as a top-tier provider of innovative client solutions.
    • Actively work to close performance gaps for existing businesses and educate clients on changing regulatory requirements and market structure changes.
    • Disseminate key strategic initiatives and significant developments at client organizations that may impact Citi's approach to servicing the client or sourcing opportunities.
  • Client Experience & Escalation Management:
    • Act as the senior escalation point for all critical issues that cannot be resolved through regular channels, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining client engagement.
    • Lead regular, detailed client reviews and related account planning sessions, incorporating input from product teams and keeping coverage teams updated on client developments.
    • Facilitate client onboarding, operations, and other internal processes to ensure seamless business execution.
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance:
    • Lead strong governance and controls, working in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance to ensure an appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
    • Appropriately assess the risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions, demonstrating proper consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
    • Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to Policy, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.
