Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a NAM IT DCR Architecture and Channel Leader in Franklin, TN.
Job Description: This position is responsible for leading Channel Projects and providing North America Front Office Architecture. For leading channel projects, this position will: Lead cross functional teams through project intake, execution, and run; Execute technical feasibility assessments and providing estimates; Formalize projects, working with the Portfolio Manager; Drive towards convergence on a simplified, globally aligned, optimal state aligned with strategic goals; Act as an ambassador for Channel applications internally and externally; Build secure, scalable, and resilient data-centric solutions in AWS for NAM Region; Manage DevOps orchestration for infrastructure and data pipelines; Lead data extraction, integration, and ingestion solutions; Interview, hire, and train employees. For managing provision of North America Front Office Architecture, this position will: Lead a team of architects; Act as a liaison to other global architecture teams; Catalogue landscape inventories, perform landscape analysis and identify simplification opportunities, feeding the technical debt reduction opportunities; and Maintain all architecture artifacts and participate in Front Office project intake, including sanity checking requests. Position eligible for remote work up to 3 days per week. Position supervises up to 20 reports in the positions of Data Engineer, Data Steward, Business Analyst and Domain Architects.
Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 7 years of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in data management, analysis, architecting, or development, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Cloud data engineering, cloud engineering and DevOps engineering; Architecting solutions, including custom customer data collection and analytics; Designing data pipelines for optimal delivery of analytics-ready data; Streaming data services for connecting disparate data sources; Using SQL with RDBMSs like SQL Server/Postgres/MySQL/Oracle/Redshift; Development of data and software modules using Scrum, Agile, and DevOps methodologies; Designing OLTP & OLAP systems; and Architecting databases using microservices architecture principles.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
