Qualifications

• AS or AAS in electronics or related field preferred; equivalent experience also accepted.
• Minimum of 8 years in semiconductor industry maintenance roles.
• 5 years technical maintenance experience in the Metrology/Defect area required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in SPC and FDC for improving equipment performance.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and interpersonal communication with Operations and Engineering personnel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external groups to meet safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ATMC Photo/Metro/AMHS Equipment.
• Maintain and repair wafer fabrication equipment in Metrology including various measurement and inspection tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems as well as conduct scheduled maintenance.
• Document maintenance procedures and provide training on equipment upkeep.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats while executing duties.
• Stand for extended periods, occasionally stoop or crawl in confined spaces.
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds as part of maintenance tasks.
