Job Description:

The MX Operations Center Analyst supports Maintenance Operations Control and Planning by analyzing complex technical and operational issues and translating findings into practical solutions. They'll monitor departmental performance, identify trends, and provide insights that support timely and informed decision-making. They'll partner with Maintenance Operations Control and Planning Teams to resolve challenges and improve processes while ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget. The MX Operations Center Analyst leverages strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to enhance performance and support reliable maintenance operations.

Responsibilities
  • Identifies and implements automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and boost productivity.
  • Extracts, transforms, and analyzes data to deliver clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Solves a range of problems by effectively utilizing analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, and requirements definitions
  • Partners with Customers to provide advice or solutions within area of expertise
  • Identifies problems, performs root cause analysis, investigates information, performs impact analysis, and formulates and executes plans to develop solutions
  • Identifies strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of moderate level business problems and ability to help to translate business outcomes into data needs
  • Knowledge of technology platforms and architectures applicable to developing and maintaining self-service reports and dashboards
  • Knowledge of data analysis and quantitative modeling techniques used to investigate business questions
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar scripting tools, with the ability to write and troubleshoot code effectively.
  • Ability to identify and clean structured and unstructured data for data analysis and develop basic visuals to support the analysis
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare memos, reports and presentations by using excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy across multiple disciplines and projects
  • Ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work well under tight time constraints and be able to manage multiple demands at one time


Education
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED


Experience
  • Intermediate-level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
    • Extracting, transforming, and visualizing data
    • Root cause analysis
  • Preferred: Data and AI skillset
  • Preferred: Technical Operations knowledge


Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
  • Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines


Pay & Benefits:

Competitive market salary from $77,200 per year to $85,800 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
