Job Purpose:

Bleeding Fingers Music is seeking a talented and experienced Music Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, a strong creative vision, and the ability to work collaboratively with composers and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality music for various media, including film, television, and video games.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Music Production: Work with the team to procure and produce music for various media from conception to final delivery, ensuring high-quality sound and composition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with composers and creatives to develop and execute music briefs including giving detailed production notes in alignment with company standards, project goals and creative vision.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines, workflow goals and targets are consistently met while adhering to budgets.
  • Quality Control: Review and note on submissions to ensure artistic integrity, technical accuracy and industry standards are met.
  • Industry Networking: Maintain relationships with industry professionals, including composers, musicians, and other producers, to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging genres, identify stylistic gaps in the catalogue, and stay current with technologies to guide creative strategy and maintain competitive edge.
  • Communication: Communicate key project updates and contractual information to the Creative Team. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables across all projects.
  • Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, collaboration and growth.


WHO YOU ARE
  • 3+ years of experience in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
  • A passion for music across various genres and a keen ear for detail.
  • Exceptional communicator skilled at translating creative vision into actionable production plans.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple people and projects simultaneously while maintaining top-tier creative and technical standards.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S., with flexibility for evening or weekend work as required


PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Proficient in digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
  • Experience in film scoring or working with media composers.
  • Familiarity with the latest music production technologies and trends.

DISCLAIMER:

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is:
$76,600.00-$109,400.00
This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
