Required Qualifications:- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
- Minimum of 5 years of neonatal or pediatric inpatient experience, preferably in a Level I or II nursery
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Position Highlights:- Provide comprehensive neonatal care for newborns, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Manage neonatal patients in collaboration with attending neonatologists and pediatric providers
- Perform procedures such as intubation, umbilical line placement, and resuscitation as clinically indicated
- Participate in delivery attendance and stabilization of high-risk newborns
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates and support family education
- Ensure continuity of care through effective communication with care teams and families
- Contribute to a culture of safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice
