Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager for the Production Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality products while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You Will Be Doing - As the Manufacturing Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading supervisors, support staff, and manufacturing technicians to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.
- Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Recruiting, selecting, training, and developing team members.
- Managing performance assessments, work assignments, cross-training, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners (engineering, quality, planning, maintenance, ESH) to execute core metrics. Driving a continuous-improvement mindset and cultivating a high-performing work environment. Ensuring customer requirements and business objectives are consistently met.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment • Previous leadership experience
- Appropriate acumen to successfully interact with Program Senior Management, Sr. Management, HR, and Union Leadership.
- Demonstrated skills in team building and leading. • Ability to obtain US Government-issued Secret Security Clearance. Desired skills are additional skills that are nice to have and help narrow down a qualified candidate pool
Desired Skills- Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experience Proficient in SAP
- Greenbelt Certification
- Knowledge of CBA and interaction with Union Leadership
- Experience in: First line supervision Collective Bargaining Agreement Programmatic/Operations cost and estimating Driving continuous improvement/cost reduction activities
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
