Long DescriptionThe first line manager of the Engineering Development Infrastructure Systems Integration team will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of all Engineering Infrastructure Development Environments and Information Systems. The Manager is responsible for the planning, design, development, implementation, and sustainment of complex computing infrastructures and associated environments that support multiple program(s) and customer's needs within RMS and across business areas. This includes but is not limited to aligning IT technologies to business strategies, developing and maintaining technology roadmaps to enable and sustain business functions, identifying and integrating 1LMX and Enterprise technologies where applicable, and aligning with DevSecOps to enable successful Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and an optimized user experience through the use of Site Reliability Engineering teams. Duties include providing adequate staffing and training/skill/knowledge base for ensuring the successful operation and optimization of the development infrastructure; providing Engineering Tools, Processes, and Measures to ensure Program Operation and Engineering development/execution; drive Tools Integration and Process Automation towards both cost savings, and engineering efficiencies in a stable and available environment; and keeping the team, upper management, Chief Engineer org, and Program Management informed of any and all issues that impact execution. Basic Qualifications• BS Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent Science/Technical degree.
• System Engineering, Information Technology, or similar technical Background
• Experience with leading Systems Engineering - IT, Hardware/Software Engineering, or Systems Integration teams.
• IT infrastructure systems and technologies.
• Working knowledge of Information Technology processes, tools, and technologies.
• Demonstrated and recognized for Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and skills
• Ability to work through problems while considering impacts to cost, schedule, and technical impacts
• Ability to think strategically to help shape the future
• Strong oral & written communication
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance at the SECRET level.
Desired Skills• Control Account Management (CAM) experience.
• Program Financial Measurements / Cost Management and reporting experience. Earned Value Management (EVM).
• IT System Architecture, Design, Integration, and test expertise.
• Understanding of Systems Engineering processes for all phases all phases of the engineering process.
• Systems and/or Software Engineering experience
• CAM Certification or LM PM Certified, PMI Certified or working toward certification
• Demonstrated ability through work experience, setting expectations (with all levels)
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
