Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Roofing & Siding will be responsible for managing all aspects of roofing projects from planning and execution to completion. This role requires:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee exterior construction (i.e., siding, roofing, etc) on multi-family and other commercial building projects from initiation through completion.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, to specifications, and within budget.
- Conduct project meetings with clients & subcontractors, developing a strong rapport with each group.
- Supervision and oversight of onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and promptly identify, resolve issues, and enforce safety protocols.
- Coordinate the efforts of subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure all roofing work meets industry standards and client specifications.
- Address any quality issues that arise during the roofing process and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and correspondence.
- Prepare and present regular project update reports and status updates to stakeholders and upper management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations as well as company policies and procedures related to roofing work.
- Promote a culture of safety among all team members and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications- Six (6+) years of proven experience as a PM/SUPER in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction methods, processes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with construction scheduling and budgeting tools.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, make decisions under pressure, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and concise communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in project planning, execution, and documentation.
