We are a respected general contractor with a strong portfolio in multifamily, commercial, and institutional construction. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects with integrity, collaboration, and innovation. Our team is growing, and we're seeking a skilled Multifamily Project Manager to lead podium-style, wood-frame construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, with a focus on podium construction (e.g., 4-over-1, 5-over-2 configurations) and Type III/V wood-frame structures. You'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ground-up multifamily projects, including podium and wood-frame builds.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with IBC Section 510.2 and fire-resistance requirements for podium structures.
  • Oversee site logistics, safety plans, and quality control.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining our standards of excellence.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience managing multifamily construction projects.
