Your ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Property Manager to oversee 3 residential properties (161 units) located in Chinatown. These properties are a mix of family housing units to include: Homeless set-aside (HOME), Project Based Voucher (PBV), Project Based Section 8 (PBS8), Community-Based Housing (CBH), Families and Children First (FCF), and condo units. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly opening and closing, resident relations, vendors management, leasing, waitlist management, file compliance, annual recertifications, and staff supervision.
Skills & Requirements Your QualificationsProperty management experience is required. Affordable housing experience is required. At least 2 of the following certifications are required: COS, CPO, SCHM, and/or C3P. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. MS Office experience is required. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Chinese is required.

Salary Range: $82,000 to $87,000 depending on experience.
