Job DescriptionYou will be the Multi-functional Quality Sr Mgr for the Quality Leadership Team. Our team is responsible for delivering world-class quality, reliability, test, and inspection excellence across multiple programs.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Multi-functional Quality Sr Mgr you will be responsible for leading and integrating quality functions to drive superior product outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead multiple functional areas in Quality, Reliability, Test, and Inspection.
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of subordinate staff.
- Allocate resources and assign work to maintain an effective business rhythm.
- Implement and oversee the quality management system and metrics program.
- Drive risk and opportunity management to ensure cost and product compliance.

Basic QualificationsBachelors level degree or higher in STEM and/or equivalent experience/combined education.
Demonstrated Leadership, Customer Relationship Management skills
Understanding in AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Understanding of tactical operations execution
Desired skillsExperience working/leading in an electronics/sub-assembly factory setting.
Experience leadings quality engineers and inspectors.
Experience working cross functionally with senior level staff to execute operational goals.
Effective communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment must be able to multi-task
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $131,500 - $231,840. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
