Multi-Family Office Associate

Position Summary:

The Multi-Family Office Associate manages and supports the investment, operational, and administrative needs of Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) families. Provides high-touch client service, conducts investment and portfolio analysis, coordinates with external advisors, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.

The Multi-Family Office Associate reports to the Head of Products and Investments.

Position Duties / Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees the servicing of Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) families, ensuring an exceptional client experience and fostering long-term relationships.

• Conducts in-depth market research, macroeconomic analysis, and security evaluations using Bloomberg Terminal and other financial platforms.

• Prepares sophisticated portfolio analyses, performance reports, investment reviews, and client presentations.

• Coordinates and collaborates with external advisors, private banks, legal counsel, tax specialists, custodians, and investment managers to support comprehensive client needs.

• Evaluates alternative investments, private market opportunities, hedge funds, structured products, and direct investments.

• Supports due diligence processes for prospective investment opportunities and third-party investment managers.

• Maintains and monitors client accounts in accordance with AML, KYC, and applicable regulatory requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and current.

• Manages and coordinates day-to-day client requests, including domestic and international wire transfers, cash management activities, and other administrative and operational needs.

• Identifies and implements opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and promote best practices across Family Office operations.

• Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

Business Experience:

5 - 6 years of relevant experience or demostrated required level of proficiency

Specialized and/or Technical Knowledge:

• Demonstrates extensive experience within a Multi-Family Office, Private Banking, Wealth Management, or similar financial services environment.
• Possesses a strong understanding of global financial markets, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and alternative investments.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal, including market data analysis, portfolio analytics, fixed income, equities, foreign exchange, and economic research functions.
• Exhibits strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Maintains a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive client and financial information.

Languages: English, and Spanish.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$67,500.00 USD

Maximum:

$115,000.00 USD
