What you will accomplish: Job Duties: Analyze software architecture, and utilize data to prepare design, and develop robust software applications and features using programming tools such as Java, J2EE, Python, C#, and distributed systems. Create scalable and reliable software solutions for billing and payment processes, translating requirements into technical specifications and designs. Create and implement new coding and programming sequences and maintain a cadence of building, testing, and continuously deploying code, utilizing experience with design patterns and experience working in a layered architecture. Identify and implement improvements to enhance transaction speed and accuracy using data-driven insights. Develop APls and interfaces for seamless integration with internal systems and third-party providers, ensuring interoperability. Work with other engineers, managers, product management, quality assurance, and operations teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs concerning functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and alignment with development goals and principles. Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and roll out system changes. Conduct thorough testing and implement automated frameworks to ensure functionality, reliability, and security of tools. Drive architecture discussions, produce well-documented design docs, and participate in design and code reviews. Ensure code quality and maintainability by evolving architecture and tech stack, refactoring, standards, and improving build and test systems. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.
What you will bring:Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
