  • Float to various areas as needed based on departmental requirements
  • Complete unit-specific orientation and training shifts

License: MRI certification required

Description:
We have a GE 3T and GE 1.5T MRI.
Radiation badge will be provided.
The department has 2 MRI rooms, 4 CT rooms, 3 X-ray rooms, and additional spaces for nuclear medicine, ultrasound, interventional radiology, and mammography.
Candidates may need to float or cover other areas such as CT, X-ray, operating room, endoscopy, and emergency department.
Common types of imaging studies performed are varied.
Experience with EMR systems (EPIC) and PACS (McKesson) is required.
Scheduling varies and is managed by a supervisor.
Weekend and holiday requirements are also varied.
There is a call or standby requirement with varied response times.
Unit/department-specific orientation will consist of 1-2 shifts.
Successful candidates will demonstrate flexibility, positivity, and a willingness to learn.
Please note that any requests for time off should be provided upfront.
Additional requests for time off may not be accommodated after submission.
The hospital reserves the right to cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment.
