Qualifications

• Current ARRT (R) certification in MRI
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• 2 years of MRI orthopedic experience required
• Proficient in venipuncture and administering contrast media
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with electronic medical records and navigation is essential
• Familiarity with Athena and PACS systems is preferable

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Administer contrast media and perform venipuncture as needed
• Maintain MRI equipment and ensure cleanliness
• Document patient information and scan results accurately
• Coordinate with medical staff to support patient care
• Participate in quality assurance and safety protocols
• Handle pre-screening processes for MRI candidates
