Full Job Description
TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

The MRB Liaison Engineer - Systems supports aircraft production by resolving system-related non-conformances and providing engineering dispositions that ensure continued compliance with safety, quality, and certification requirements. This position interfaces with production personnel and multiple engineering disciplines to facilitate timely issue resolution.

  • Provide technical support for aircraft system installation and production-related non-conformances.
  • Review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and develop engineering dispositions for mechanical and system installation issues.
  • Conduct on-aircraft investigations to collect information and assess discrepancies affecting system integration.
  • Analyze deviations related to system routing, installation, interfaces, and associated hardware.
  • Ensure proposed solutions comply with engineering standards, certification requirements, and safety objectives.
  • Work closely with structures, stress, design, materials and processes, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate engineering documentation and MRB records.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce recurring issues.
  • Apply AS9100 quality standards and internal engineering procedures in daily activities.
