Join us as we expand our MPD engineering support across the Northeast.

We're looking for an engineer to provide regional MPD engineering support across the U.S. Northeast. This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background who enjoys hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and supporting operations in the field.
What You'll Do

Provide MPD engineering support throughout planning and execution, including hydraulics, modeling, tripping, connections, displacements, MPD cementing, and more.
Support pre-spud meetings and maintain communication with customers throughout operations.
Visit rig sites and customers throughout the Northeast to support operations and verify equipment readiness.
Guide MPD crews through field operations and provide technical troubleshooting as needed.
Provide training to customers, rig teams, and internal personnel on MPD software, systems, and processes.
Collaborate with sales, operations, RTS, and internal engineering teams to support customers and grow the MPD business in the region.
Required

Engineering degree
U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
Based in or working from Canonsburg, PA
Ability and willingness to travel to rigs and customers throughout the U.S. Northeast, including PA, WV, and OH
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to support field operations and work a flexible schedule as needed
Preferred

Experience with MPD operations and engineering
Experience in drilling engineering and/or drilling fluids
3-5+ years of MPD or drilling engineering experience
Knowledge of MPD hydraulics, modeling, pressure control, and troubleshooting
Local to the Pennsylvania area

Location: Canonsburg, PA
