Chipton-Ross is seeking an MP&P Engineer 3 for a contract opportunity in Mesa, AZ.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

- Ensure the efficient production of our world-class aerospace products, including advanced platforms for our Air Proprietary programs
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- Apply chemistry, physics, and material science to develop and qualify composite materials and processing methods
- Provide technical evaluation and material and process support to composite part fabrication
- Perform root-cause investigations and implement corrective & preventive actions for material and process issues
- Create and execute test plans, write reports and input to specifications for materials, tools, and processes
- Qualify and approve equipment, materials and processes
- Guide material testing in the Materials & Processes Laboratory
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as Design Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement
- Travel to suppliers as needed
- Integrate new technologies and promote standardization across product lines
- Manage test/audit programs, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, and incorporate EHS, LEAN, and Quality principles into your work
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAccredited Bachelor of Science degree from a course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. (And a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience or a Master's degree
