Lead with purpose and make a difference in patient care! We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse, RN leader to manage and oversee nursing practice and operations in our dynamic healthcare environment.

Available Positions:

Inpatient Rehab
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a clinical rehab unit (stroke, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injury, and complex medical conditions)
  • Preferred: Rehab certification
  • Lead a team dedicated to transforming lives through specialized rehabilitation care.

Emergency Department (Days & Evening Shifts)
  • Experience: 3-5 years of ED nursing leadership
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, guiding your team through critical moments to provide life-saving care.

ICU (MISU/SICU/CTICU)
  • Experience: 3-5 years of Critical Care leadership
  • Oversee cutting-edge care in our Medical, Surgical, or Cardiothoracic ICUs, ensuring the highest standards for critically ill patients.

MedSurg Telemetry
  • Experience: 3-5 years of Telemetry/ICU leadership
  • Manage a dynamic unit, driving excellence in patient monitoring and acute care delivery.


Responsibilities

The Nurse Manager oversees nursing practice and operations for a designated unit or service. Responsibilities include managing clinical nursing practice, staff recruitment and retention, labor relations, supply chain, budgeting, staffing, employee performance evaluations, quality improvement, staff education, medical records, and compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements. The Nurse Manager collaborates with interdisciplinary professionals, including the Nursing Clinical Director, unit Dyad partner, and staff, to ensure high-quality patient care that meets the needs of patients, families, and the organization.

Qualifications

Education Requirements
  • Bachelors of Science with a major in nursing is required
  • Master's degree in nursing or healthcare-related field, or be enrolled in a program, preferred

Experience Requirements
  • 3-5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience demonstrating solid management abilities.
  • Proven clinical and nursing administrative expertise in the assigned nursing practice area.
  • Critical thinking and organizational skills are essential.
  • Must possess clinical expertise and direct experience in the specialty you will manage.

Licensing and Certification Requirements
  • Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of New York.
  • Child abuse certification is required
  • Infection control certification is required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Issuing Agency: AHA is required
