Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- SD-WAN & WAN Technologies: Deep expertise in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) components including vManage, vSmart, vBond, OMP, TLOC, BFD, application-aware routing, centralized policies and multi-site WAN architectures.
- Routing & Switching: Strong knowledge of enterprise and campus networking with expertise in BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP, route redistribution, network segmentation and traffic optimization.
- Cisco & Aruba Wireless: Experience designing, deploying and troubleshooting enterprise wireless networks using Cisco and Aruba solutions, including WLAN controllers, AP provisioning, RF optimization, roaming, guest access and wireless security.
- Industrial Networking (Rockwell Stratix): Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation industrial switches, Layer 2/Layer 3 configurations, redundancy protocols, VLAN implementation and IT/OT network segmentation using Firewall, including policy enforcement, zone-based security and secure communication between enterprise and manufacturing environments.
- Network Operations & Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting of routing, switching, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless and industrial network environments using packet analysis, performance monitoring and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Network Strategy & Governance: Network lifecycle management, architecture reviews, technology refresh planning, vendor coordination, operational governance and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities- Network Design & Architecture: Design secure, scalable enterprise network architectures, develop HLD/LLD documentation and drive technology lifecycle and governance initiatives.
- WAN Operations: Manage Cisco SD-WAN, MPLS and Internet WAN environments, ensuring high availability, policy control and optimized application performance.
- Enterprise Connectivity: Design and support routing and switching infrastructures using BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs and redundancy technologies.
- Wireless Network Services: Deploy and support Cisco and Aruba wireless solutions, including WLAN controllers, RF optimization, roaming and wireless security.
- Industrial Networking & OT Security: Support Stratix industrial networks and implement secure IT/OT segmentation using Palo Alto Firewalls and access control policies.
- Operational Excellence: Resolve complex network issues across SD-WAN, routing, switching, wireless and OT environments using RCA and packet analysis.
- Service Assurance & Governance: Drive monitoring, compliance, change management, lifecycle planning, vendor coordination and continuous network service improvement.
Salary Range-$70,000-$100,000 a year
