Full Job Description
Mortgage Senior Product Implementation Analyst serves as a project manager to drive new or existing product and credit lending guidelines through a specific process for a successful outcome that supports corporate objectives and protects against risk. Interacts with various departments and lines of business (LOB) within Truist Bank to determine impact of change and how change will affect internal ops and production. Serves as an on-call email resource to internal and external clients for in-depth questions/problem resolution assistance related to product and credit lending guidelines. Must be well informed on a variety of mortgage topics ranging from loan products, origination processes, forms and documents, legal/compliance issues, closing, post-closing and servicing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.  Project management including but not limited to research/analysis of initiatives and presenting weekly updates on initiatives to multiple business units within Mortgage. Participation with various committees and departments for purpose of determining impact and best practices. Implement publications that support mortgage production for all LOBs. Actively engages with AI capabilities to maximize department efficiencies. Coordinate/facilitate on product/lending guidelines. Responsible for ensuring all product materials are archived in the appropriate record folders in keeping with legal record retention requirements. Email support.
