Mortgage Originations / Mortgage Servicing Managers
OpExNow is recruiting for pending future opportunities in the Dallas and Fort Worth market areas for professionals with deep subject matter expertise and knowledge of Retail / Correspondent originations or in mortgage loan servicing. Ideal candidates will have recent, hands-on experience at the Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager level and the ability to understand process flows, identify opportunities for improvement and prepare / communicate recommendations for operational enhancements. Candidates must also have the ability to lead work efforts to implement and integrate process changes while ensuring adherence to, and compliance with, specific investor or regulatory guidelines.

Mortgage Industry Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 5 years mortgage industry experience
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Retail or Correspondent lending originations and fulfillment
- Deep subject matter expertise in any key loan servicing areas (i.e. Default Management, Customer Service / Escalations, Escrow Administration, etc.)
- Ability to compare current environment vs. target environment in accordance with specified investor or regulatory guidelines and prepare a gap analysis
- Capability to lead work efforts to integrate process changes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be an outstanding team player
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus
