Compensation Details:$125,000 to $140,000 annually + bonuses
Job Description:Position SummaryThe Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the residential sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role oversees sales performance, coaching and development, process improvement initiatives, and collaboration with marketing, installation, and vendor partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve performance goals and uphold company values.
- Establish and monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance trends, and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and ongoing coaching for team members.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation efforts, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and maximize return on investment.
- Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments, inventory availability, and installation capacity.
- Identify and implement process improvements, technologies, and system enhancements to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience.
- Oversee utilization of CRM and sales technology platforms, including ServiceTitan and other sales tools.
- Review sales performance, job profitability, and departmental metrics to ensure achievement of revenue and margin objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with key vendor partners and stay informed on available products, promotions, and rebate programs.
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that support company growth.
Qualifications- Previous sales leadership experience, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A valid driver's license with at least 3 years of US driving experience is required, as well as ability to meet company driving requirements.
