"Troubleshoots & QAs issues with systems, and works with the appropriate resources to resolve them.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
SDET has the ability to work in a high paced and challenging environment and use analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in order to communicate technically with fellow engineers, architects and other members of the QA group.
Good understanding of QA practices: black box, white box testing; risk based testing, regression and exploratory testing."
