The MDL is a
trusted delivery partner to Product, Program, and Client Delivery leadership and plays a critical role in ensuring Gainwell delivers
high-quality, scalable, and compliant healthcare solutions.
Your role in our missionModule Delivery OwnershipOwn end to end delivery for the module, including scope, schedule, quality, and commitments. Align execution with business priorities and capacity. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Technical LeadershipLead cross functional engineering teams and partner with architects to ensure scalable, secure, and high quality solutions. Enforce best practices and support compliance with healthcare and MITA standards.
Planning and GovernanceDrive module planning across release cycles, balancing priorities and capacity. Partner with Product Owners on tradeoffs. Track delivery, quality, and performance metrics and provide clear status updates.
CollaborationAct as a trusted partner to Product, Program, and Delivery leadership. Coordinate across teams to resolve dependencies and ensure seamless execution.
Leadership and CulturePromote accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement. Support team alignment, staffing, and engagement. Mentor team members and contribute to talent development.
What we're looking for- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution delivery, or technical program leadership.
- 5+ years in a delivery, engineering, or people leadership role managing complex, multi-team initiatives.
- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale systems, preferably in Healthcare / Medicaid / MMIS environments.
- Experience supporting maintenance & operations (M&O) alongside active development is a strong plus.

August 17, 2026The pay range for this position is $93,400.00 - $133,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
