Model Validator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Model Validator to join our team. As a Model Validator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our construction models. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and architects to review and validate the construction models to ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and validate construction models to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the models

- Conduct thorough quality checks on models to ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements

- Develop and maintain a library of validated construction models for future use

- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to construction modeling

- Communicate any issues or concerns with the project team and provide recommendations for improvement

- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes for construction modeling

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction modeling and validation

- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to construction modeling

- Proficient in using modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors and discrepancies in models

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
