ResponsibilitiesWe areseekinga highly skilled and motivatedAnalytic Facilitator to join our team at Moody Air Force Base (AFB), supporting theAir Combat Command (ACC)Intelligence Directorate (A2). The Analytic Facilitator will play a critical role in delivering training, mentorship, and facilitation of advanced analytical tradecraft to enhance the capabilities of intelligence professionals. This position requiresexpertisein intelligence analysis, instructional delivery, and the ability to support mission-critical training programs for Air Force personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as aMobile Training Team (MTT) instructorand facilitator forAir Combat Command (ACC) courses, delivering high-quality training to intelligence professionals.
- Develop, refine, and deliver training materials focused onSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis,Multi-Int Fusion,Analytic Tradecraft&Unit Level Operations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts, enhancing their analytical skills and tradecraftexpertise.
- Facilitate scenario-based exercises and simulations to enhance operational readiness and analyticalproficiency.
- Collaborate with mission planners, intelligence analysts, and leadership toidentifytraining needs and tailor instructional content accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of intelligence tools, methodologies, and emerging technologies to incorporate into training programs.
- Ensure training programs align with Air Force and ACC standards, policies, andobjectives.
- Travel required (Up to 50%).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Required Experience: Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree ot 10 years with AS/ AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 4 years with PhD
- ProficiencyinSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis,Multi-Int Fusion,Analytic Tradecraft&Unit Level Operations.
- Familiarity with intelligence tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
- Experience delivering training andfacilitatingexercises in a professional setting.
- Strong instructional and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and mentor diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing and delivering training materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Ability tolead functional teams or projects.
- Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance isrequired.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ExperiencesupportingAir Force Major Command (MAJCOM)Intelligence Directorateor similar military organization.
- Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Governmentall-source analysis training courseor specialized intelligence certification.
- Prior experience as an instructor or facilitator forAir Force Formal Trainingcoursesor similar training programs.
- Familiarity with scenario-based training and exercise development.
- Prioroperational deploymentexperience.

Target Salary Range$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
