Full Job Description
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Mobile C-Arm Clinical Education Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a key clinical and technical expert supporting the sales organization through product demonstrations, customer evaluations, workshops, and pre-sales clinical consultations. You will help prospective customers understand the clinical value, workflow benefits, and technical capabilities of Siemens Healthineers mobile C-arm solutions, playing a critical role in the sales process and customer decision-making. Location & Travel Requirements This is a remote-based position requiring extensive travel. The successful candidate will be expected to travel approximately 90% of the time, primarily across the Midwest and Western regions of the United States. For optimal coverage and travel efficiency, candidates ideally reside in the Midwest, West, or Southern U.S., though qualified candidates in other locations may be considered based on business needs. You are responsible for: Key Responsibilities • Leading product demonstrations and clinical evaluations for prospective customers • Partnering closely with Surgery Sales Managers and Account Executives to support sales opportunities • Presenting clinical workflows and value propositions to physicians, technologists, and healthcare leaders • Supporting trade shows, workshops, customer site visits, and sales events • Providing competitive positioning and product differentiation during customer evaluations • Acting as the clinical subject matter expert during the pre-sales process • Gathering customer feedback and communicate market needs to Product Management and R&D Ideal Candidate • Enjoys customer-facing presentations and product demonstrations • Interested in supporting sales growth and customer acquisition • Comfortable influencing purchasing decisions and working in partnership with sales teams This Role May Be Well Suited for Candidates Who: • Have 3–5 years of clinical mobile C-arm experience and a strong understanding of surgical procedures • Are ARRT certified • Possess advanced knowledge of mobile C-arm applications, primarily in: • Orthopedics / Trauma • Pain Management • Basic Vascular procedures • Are motivated to work with cutting-edge imaging technology and eager to learn new software and hardware solutions • Demonstrate excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills in customer-facing environments • Show strong team orientation and customer focus • Have an interest in sales support and product demonstrations, recognizing demos as a critical part of the selling process • Are flexible and willing to travel extensively, including short-notice travel • Have solid PC skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Minimum Qualifications: • Holding an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related clinical field (preferred) • Minimum of 3 years of clinical mobile C-arm surgery experience • ARRT certification required • Advanced knowledge of mobile C-arm surgical procedures, primarily ortho/trauma, pain management, and basic vascular • Teaching or clinical training experience preferred • Ability and willingness to travel up to 90% nationwide, primarily within the Midwest, West, and Southern regions of the U.S. The base pay range for this position is: $89,220 - $122,672 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance. Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
